Large Australian financial institution

Requirement: To receive loan application forms and have these forms linked into a document management system automatically, eliminating the manual processes required to track the application forms and related documentation. The manual processes were also subject to human error.

Solution: UTBox unified-messaging system with an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) component add-on. Using barcodes on the application forms the company is now able to receive their application forms electronically and automatically document track the individual application forms. This has eliminated the need for manual tracking, improved turnaround times and improved customer service, with the ability to track all applications automatically and update customers as required.

Australian government department

Requirement: The business need was to route incoming faxes to specific staff members, as well as a central email address to ensure all incoming faxes were properly received and managed.

Solution: Using multiple inbound numbers; the client was able to cost effectively provide staff members with an individual fax number. That fax number was then configured to route incoming documents to both a central email location and the staff members email address.

VOIP company

Requirement: To offer rebranded fax by email services to an existing client base.

Solution: To offer rebranded fax by email services to an existing client base as an additional complimentary product to their customers, as well as have the peace of mind that their fax solution would deliver for their customers, given it was rebranded.

Mobile sales force management

Requirement: Sales people were required to manage certain customer orders by fax and spent a lot of time on the road resulting in delays in faxing pricing and other information as well as receiving customer orders and the processing of these orders.

Solution: UTBox standard account. The sales force was able to send and receive faxes through their email accounts. Sales people could do this either via their laptops or even with mobile phones, but they could receive and send faxes as required, removing any delays previously experienced.
