Internet Fax and Faxing By Email service and information for business and individuals
If you need to send and receive faxes but want to simplify and streamline the process then internet fax is just the service for you. Internet fax eliminates the need for:

How it works
UTBox Internet Fax is designed to be as easy to use as possible. We host your dedicated fax number and line with real fax equipment to ensure full compatibility and reliably with fax equipment.
Once you have your number, any faxes received on it are processed by our system and forwarded to the email address(es) of your choosing as a PDF (or TIFF) file.
If you'd like to send a fax using the internet fax service, simply send an email from an authorised email address to <number>@fax.utbox.net and anything you write in the email will be turned into the first page of the fax, followed by any attachments you've attached. For most customers we recommend using a blank email and attaching a standard PDF. You receive an email from our system when the fax has been delivered, usually in under a couple of minutes.

If you are a Windows user we provide a Fax Printer Driver that allows you to select File > Print then use our fax service to send the fax the same way you would with an email.
