Media release service
Requirement:
distribute 2,000 media releases by fax in a 2 hour window every morning to clients. They had to be confident that all faxes would be delivered, and that the time frame was strictly adhered to. Additionally, the client required that they were in complete control of the process were able to verify who received the faxes and when.
Solution:
using the UTBox fax broadcast service the client was able to quickly send all media releases daily without having to worry about maintaining their own facility or the large number of phone lines required to send this large volume of faxes in such a short period of time. In the end by outsourcing their fax broadcasting requirements to UTBox not only did they no longer require an in house system, they were actually able to get lower rates then they currently receiving via their existing telecommunications service provider. Improved service levels and reduced cost was the outcome.
