Solution:
Due to the various labs having a mixture of fax and email technologies, there was a requirement for some communications to be sent via fax. Using the UTBox system the company was able to enable faxing from over 500 work stations to various lists without the need to install a single phone line or maintain any costly fax equipment at either end.
