Download broadcast reports and reporting

In order to obtain your broadcast reports you must first log into the UTBox Member Centre. You may also log in at http://www.utbox.net .

Please click Broadcasting in the UTBox Member Centre.

Click "Current/Past Broadcasts" to access reporting

Click on the appropriate icon in the "Report" column.

There is a maximum of 3 types of reports for each broadcast. These are failed, successful and combined.

You will only see reports that are available for the broadcast i.e. if there are no failed numbers you will not see a failure report.
Step 4

The downloaded CSV file requires a spreadsheet program to open.
