Broadcasting fair use rule
UTBox only charges you for successful delivery - we are able to provide this to our customers and apply a fair use rule so that the spirit of the promise is not abused.
As such the broadcasting fair use rule consists of the following guidelines:
- we assume that at least 50% of your numbers are valid, and will be charged as successful - this is to discourage users who would use our service to 'war dial' any numbers to discover fax machines,
- to qualify for the broadcast rate you need to spend more than $1 per broadcast - this is to ensure that it really is a broadcast
