What does this message saying 'email address not recognised' mean?
The following email is sent as a reply to any non-authorised email addresses attempt to send through our gateways.
Your email address, "not-real@example.com", isn't recognised by utbox.net. Please check that you have used your registered email address. If you have an account, you can configure it to accept messages from this address through the UTBox Member Centre. The UTBox Member Centre is accessible from http://www.utbox.net by entering your username and password and clicking LOGIN on the top right hand side of the web page.
- Once logged in, click Preferences on the top menu bar.
- Click your fax number on the left.
- Enter your address into the text box labeled "accept emails from
these addresses". - Click "Update".

This means your email address is not listed as a authorised email address against a UTBox Member account. To remedy this please login and add your email address to an account.
