Firewall/virus/spam software
UTBox sends you legitimate mail with attachments and pre-formatted text.
Some firewall/spam/virus software safely but incorrectly identify these emails and their attachments as spam/viruses or something to block.
If something is not getting through and you are unfamiliar with the specifics of your software it may be possible to disable it while testing. In most cases this will solve any problems.
If you are using an email client with a Junk folder and you're expecting an email from us, please look in there and whitelist us so we can continue sending you emails.
For firewall prompts, specifically from our UTBox Fax Printer, please authorise the request. No other UTBox service currently requires custom firewall changes (if you already use email/browsing).
If the software is part of your organisation's network, please refer to your system administrator or IT service desk.
