How to fix black dots on white documents
In order to successfully remove small black dots that may be appearing on some of your faxes follow these four simple steps:
- Open your document in Microsoft Word.
- Right click on the image that when sent is received with small black dots and choose "format picture" from the context menu.
- Click on the recolour tab.
- Choose the colour mode "black and white".
Now that you have successfully made your document truly black and white you will no longer experience small black dots on the backgrounds of your sent faxes!
