Ignore email body when sending fax
This feature relates to ignoring the email body when rendering outgoing email to fax messages.
By default the email body is used for the fax content, followed by attachments. With this setting you are able to send faxes where the body of your emails are ignored and only the attachment(s) are sent.
This feature can be enabled in the UTBox Member Centre. The UTBox Member Centre is accessible from http://www.utbox.net by entering your username and password and clicking LOGIN on the top right hand side of the web page.
Once you are logged in click on Preferences from the top menu, then click on your phone number. You will see the option "When rendering email to fax messages:".
If you would like to have UTBox ignore the contents of your email's body in future, simple click on the "Ignore text in the body of the email" radio button and click the "Update" button down the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.
