Scanning to fax
If you are scanning documents, please take care to make them as close as possible to how you intend them to appear on the recipients end.
Set some of the settings for your scanner software;
- make the image darker
- use a black and white palette or duotone
- use the "line art" setting, if your scanner has one.
If you are noticing bad quality you can also attempt to set the transmit resolution to a higher quality.
