Setting up automatic payments
For your convenience UTBox offers an automatic payment facility for credit card payments. If you have not yet made a payment, or have run out of credit please click here how to make an initial or manual payment.
Automatic payments should only be used when you already have credit and can be enabled by logging into the UTBox Member Centre. They will automatically be triggered on the day your current credit expires, or if your balance drops below $4.
The amount charged will be the same as your initial payment, unless you have set a different amount.
The UTBox Member Centre is accessible from http://www.utbox.net by entering your username and password and clicking LOGIN on the top right hand side of the web page.
- Once logged in click on the Automatic Payments option on the left hand side menu
- Fill in the details based on your credit card details and the amount you wish to recharge.
- Click Submit.
Please note, for security reasons any changes made on the automatic payments screen will require your credit card to be re-typed (so that they are not obscured by X's).
