Signing up and setting-up your UTBox account and using the UTBox fax broadcasting tools has never been easier.

Once you have registered and have an account with us, login, navigate to the fax broadcast page and you can start your broadcasts by following 4 easy steps:

1. Upload or manage your list of fax numbers, add additional any fax numbers if required
2. Upload the document or documents you want to fax broadcast
3. Preview the fax and obtain a cost estimate for the broadcast
4. If the cost is acceptable, send your broadcast faxes and monitor on-screen reporting live

Once fax transmissions are complete you will receive an automated email report of the faxes sent. These reports can also be viewed on-screen in your UTBox account after logging in.
