Using the UTBox Fax Service
You can signup and start using UTBox Internet fax services immediately. UTBox provides you with a thirty day free trial period and starts you off with $5 of credit at no cost. You will not need a credit card to start your trial and there are no hidden payments or obligations. You can get started with your own personal fax number in the state of your choice immediately.
Send faxes in 3 easy steps:
- Write your email and attach the documents you want faxed. Email content will be sent first and treated as the cover sheet. Attachments can include Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, HTML and various image files.
- In the address field, enter the "fax number" @ fax.utbox.net
- Hit the send button in your email software
You will receive an email confirmation when your fax has been successfully delivered. The sent fax will be included in your Inbox sent items as a normal email, for you to file as appropriate.
