What is a UTBox hosted number?

A UTBox hosted number is an easy and efficient way of keeping your existing fax number without needing any of the hardware or phone lines.

How does it work?

We host the phone lines and your number for you. This means you can receive more than one fax at a time on the same line. No more busy signals on your number, and when you receive a fax on your number we'll automatically turn it into a PDF and email it to you.

What are the costs?*

We don't have any lock in contracts or setup fees. All phone and email support is free. Each porting request is subject to a $30 application fee. We offer discounts for charities and non-profits.

How do I pay?

Currently we only allow secure automatic credit card payments. Please let us know if you do not have a credit card.

What if I want to leave?

There are no contracts. Simply let us know and we'll only charge till the end of your monthly billing period. A $30 porting out fee also applies.

What happens after I apply?
