Garbled SMS
Currently we do not support characters other then Unicode English with our SMS via email services.
Typically garbled text occurs as a result of emails containing HTML or characters pertaining to a Non-English character set.
In order to ensure this problem does not persist, please ensure the following:
- Outgoing emails are sent in "plain text" and the language is set to Unicode English.
- Outgoing emails do not contain HTML code or signatures that are automatically appended to emails (textual or pictorial).
