SMS not received even though "My Messages" reports success
If after sending an SMS via email the mobile phone handset does not receive the message, yet when logging into the UTBox Member Centre and looking under "My Messages" the message has reportedly been delivered successfully, we recommend that you contact us.
This issue reveals that there is a problem with one of our carrier's routes and we will escalate the issue to the appropriate carrier. Typical turn around time for difficulties relating to carriers is 48 hours.
In order to successfully resolve carrier related issues we will require the number(s) that are failing to receive the SMS that you have sent as well as the date(s) and time(s) of the failed instance(s).
