Requirement:
To send price lists to all wholesale clients on a weekly basis in the most efficient and effective manner. Due to staff continually changing and the accessibility of emails by staff on the floor, email communication was not an option
Solution:
Using the UTBox fax broadcast service the client was able to maintain lists of distributors stored on the UTBox website and to simply login to their account and upload the price lists and any other documents they wanted to fax as well as easily select the customers lists that the price lists related to. In addition the entire process was able to be managed in-house without having to have a UTBox staff member process the broadcast for them. The outcome was that wholesalers were able to access price lists immediately on receipt for the next week.
