UTBox has been growing, and so has our need to quickly and effectively communicate with clients interested in specific aspects of our operational status.

In response, we’ve set up a Twitter account for our Support team to communicate with clients who are specifically interested in the latest operational information. This will allow us to update the information quickly and easily¬†and from a number of different sources.

We’ll also be posting support related information such as new support articles, tips and system status related information. We expect some of our clients will benefit from pro-actively viewing operational developments from the Support team. For any outstanding system issues, the Twitter post will provide the relevant ticket number, which can be quoted to the Support team when requesting extra information or for an automatic email notification request.
