We’re excited to announce new enhancements to UTBox plans that give you more flexibility, better value, and smarter ways to send and receive SMS.
SMS Inclusions
UTBox plans can now come with SMS Inclusions, a set number of SMS messages that can be sent or received at no extra cost. These inclusions are consumed first before your plan’s Currency Inclusions or account Balance are charged, helping you manage your usage more efficiently.
Bundle Plans: Fax + SMS in One
Alongside this improvement, we’re also launching Bundle Plans. These plans combine both Fax Inclusions and SMS Inclusions into a single subscription. As always, plans can still include Currency Inclusions for usage beyond your included allocations.
